Michael Ball is one of my favorite singers of all time and I have grown quite an impressive collection of his C.D.s and merchandise. If you don't know Michael Ball than shame on you- he played Marius in "Les Miserables" and Raoul in "Phantom of the Opera." Recently Michael has turned away from his career in the theater to focus on strictly singing. Michael has one of those voices that just speak to you a mixture of Frank Sinatra meets Josh Groban.

I own this C.D. but, out of my collection it is the one that gets listened to the least. Although there are some impressive songs "Tell Me There's A Heaven" is my favorite track. But, somehow this C.D. bores me more than anything else. I think it's the lyrics to the songs and perhaps the fact that there are not enough tracks from Broadway showtunes that is what I enjoy the most of what Michael sings Broadway showtunes.

So instead of buying this if you want a real good Michael Ball C.D. I recommend "Stage and Screen" which has his best Broadway showtunes and some of our favorite songs from the screen. In my opinon that is definately the Michael Ball C.D. to own! But, no matter what Michael sings he will always be the "Musicals Man."

Michael Ball is at his best as always he puts qoo percent into his singing He sings with such emotion a really great classy singer with a great style of his own. I highly recommend thi scd or any of his cds Most contain really romantic songs a lot of broadway show songs, ballads pop , a little of everything

one of the best stage singers around. This is one more in many in my collection of cds by Michael Ball. Is in great voice in this one as always.
