I highly recommend this book for anyone working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities, and expecially for those who have the opportunity to work with individuals with Down Syndrome. It gives good overall information on Down Syndrome and Dementia while remaining concise and very reader-friendly. In addition, the author is cited frequently in current literature pertaining to Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia. It's a great resource.
