What great insight into prevention of Alzheimer's. Both my grandparents had it and I fear I'm at risk myself. But this book talks about so many things I can do in my lifestyle to avoid it, and that genetics is not the doomsday I thought it was for this disease. I now understand the diet & lifestyle my grandparents had probably were much bigger contributors than genetics. I already exercise consistently, but now I know to add small things here & there to my diet, and to eat whole foods more often. Not a long book at only 70 pages - so it was an easy read (and learned some science about our bodies too), and helped me be more at peace with my now former "doomsday" genetic risk.
