5.0 out of 5 stars Short book covers almost EVERYTHING!, July 17, 2006
This review is from: Alzheimer's Essentials: Practical Skills for Caregivers (Paperback)
Here's a short book that succinctly refers to almost everything relating to Alzheimer's. From the comprehensive overview of categories and types of dementia, to the therapies, and the extraordinarily clear section on caregiver planning. Highly recommended for every family whose loved one walks the road of dementia. Strongly urge every adult day care center, assisted living community, and nursing home give away copies to prospective clients.

This book offers the reader, who is interested in Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, the most important facts that are essential to having the most positive experience possible. Alzheimer's disease is not a diagnosis a caregiver wants to hear. However if they do, knowing what to do and what to expect is key. Read this book to find out valuable information in a concise easy to understand format.
