I would also like the answer to this question, please. It's now the end of November and I see that some people are still complaining about having to return faulty discs. What's the deal? Season 2 is about to be released and they haven't replaced Season 1 yet?

From a recent AZ Blu-ray review:

Corrected copies have a yellow bar code on the back and the red Star Trek symbol on the spine.
