New unit-never cooled,

New unit delivered this week and never cooled--lost all freezer food as it all defrosted and ice cream became, well cream.
Replacement due on the weekend but no adjustment (for food loss) was offered. Door handle seems flimsy as well. Will need to buy extended warranty because I don't think this bodes well for the future. |
