Boston, has been one of my fav group's of all time.
Thier music is timeless.
The song Amanda, helped me to tell, my Amanda, I love her.
It is very romantic, as she she said.

Boston had been away for eight years when they re-emerged in 1986 with the Third Stage album and the lead ingle "Amanda". The song ticks off all the Boston boxes, wailing Brad Delp vocals, stinging Tom Scholz guitars and it was ready made for the arena rock crowd. The public liked what they heard because the song became Boston's first and only number one single.

I've been listening to Boston for over thirty years, I love their songs, and I find it so impressive that every song from their first album got air play not only when they were new, but also thru so many years down the line, not only the music and lyrics, but also because all their songs are guitar heavy,I love that!! Here's to Boston!!!!

I spent forever trying to dowload this, the dang Amazon cloud thing just will not load to my computer. I love the song and it was for something I was putting together for my daughter Amanda's 18th birthday. I probably will not buy from this source in the future because of the technical probs.

The first impression you get from Boston is that is just a band full of virtuous musicians unable to show any sort of feelings, due to the perfect and precise way they actually executed music. This song prove you wrong. This has to be in a Top 10 of Greatest Rock Ballads of All-Time.

I am 65 so that means I was young and full of love for Boston, Journey and I nevr got into country music until much later. I am more ito country now that there is so much talent now. I love Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and Tim Magraw.

I downloaded AMANDA to my Kindle Fire, the song is clear, but the recording is soft and I can't increase the volume. I would advise finding a stronger version of this classic.
