Dominator with Remote Control

I have had my Dominator for 6 months and my kids have ridden it for about 20 minutes. I called the 866 number under the hood... they sent me batteries, fuses, etc... over and over... Still it is not working.
Now they are not returning my calls and I am stuck with this product that cost me a lot of money and that is why I am finally writing this review.
I just want my money back or replace it... maybe I got a bad one. I don't know. My poor kids were so excited to get it too. :(

my son got this for his birthday. and both my kids (2 and 4) LOVE it.

we read the instructions and you must be sure to charge the battery for 24 hours BEFORE your first use. and then after that it needs 18 hours to charge after each use- also it should NOT be left plugged in for more than 30 straight hours.

our kids have driven this on road, stone, and mud and grass. they get stuck once in a while in the mud but not very much.

they love this toy and play wiht it for hours at a time without any problems.

Just as the other reviews say--this is a waste of your money. My in-laws bought this car for my daughter for her birthday, and much as another reviewer noted, she rode it for 20 minutes one day, and it never worked again. I emailed the company. They didn't get back to me. I emailed them again. They replied with a phone number. When I called, they were not able to help me since I didn't send in the warranty registration within 10 days of purchase. Though I explained it was a gift and that we didn't get it until after that time, they said that it was policy and there was nothing they could do. I, too, am now trying to find a way to dispose of it and am angry with myself for suggesting to my in-laws that she would like a ride-on toy since it ended up being a colossal waste of their money.

I have a huge piece of waste to go in a landfill. I recommend you don't buy this. I am still wasting time on finding how to get rid of this thing.

My son recieved this as a gift just over a year ago. He loved it and had a blast riding it. I loved that it had the remote switch for me while he was learning how to drive it. Unfortunately after about six months it quit working. I'm assuming it's the battery but getting a replacement is anything but easy.

Army 9540 Powered Car was received in excellent time and in the good condition. It was tried out today by a 2 1/2 year old who was very satisfied, though he didn't know how to steer it or stop it but can be taught that.
Very satisfied with price, deliever and operation.
