Like every Trina release, "Amazin'" suffered a few push backs before ultimately arriving in stores on May 4. The album features the street single; "That's My Attitude" which is one of the more explicit tracks on the album. First single; "Million Dollar Girl" features Diddy & Keri Hilson stalled on the R&B charts and its a shame it didn't go further.

Listening to "Amazin'" you will see there are a lot of potential single choices and most of them would rival "Million Dollar Girl" such as "By Myself" or "On Da Hush"; two strong contenders for future singles. Trina has been about cleaning up her act a little but she seems like she was trying to appeal to everyone here. She gives us the raunch; the class; the love ballads; etc.

I think over the years Trina hasn't found a successful single is because she picks what she thinks radio will play as opposed to picking a strong song that will make a good single whether its more R&B themed or Hip Hop themed.

I am proud of Trina and happy for her that she is still here after all these years and I will continue to support her. I really do like this album and the tracks are banging. "Dang A Lang" is a treat to here especially Nicki Minaj. The beat on "Currency" is ridiculous and Lil' Wayne makes a surprise appearance. "White Girl" will make you wanna dance a little and is quite laughable. "My Bitches" is fun and gets its point across.

You should definitely check this album out and besides it will probably be 1 of 2 female album releases this year; the other possibly being from Nicki Minaj.

I've never really been a big Trina fan and I can't say that I am now really. I used to consider her older albums headache music because that's exactly what I would get after trying to listen to one. She would have ok singles but the album as a whole wasn't great. However, starting from her third album Glamorest Life to Still Da Baddest, in particular, they have gradually been improving. I just finished listening to this entire album and I'm pleasantly surprised. Finally a Trina album that I don't have to hit the skip button on, I can actually play the whole cd though. I don't know whether or not if it is truly like wine and that she's getting better with age but whatever it is she needs to stick with it. I'd actually recommend her album to someone now.

Trina's album is a definate chart topper, it was a big change from her last 4 albums and various mixtapes. Trina should be able to reach a different type of fan base with this album. If you haven't heard it yet your ears are missing something serious.

Before I made this purchase of Trina's Amazin' Album, I must say i wasn't a fan. Now i have crossed over to one now. Its been over 10 years since Trina has been in the game and i have seen her grow from a girl to a woman. This album i must say speaks for its self. I am very proud of her success and accomplishments as an artist a female and a talented individual. The Album starts of with a a question...WHO IS TRINA??? TRINA IS AMAZIN' this intro was very different from her past four albums. It showed me that she is serious and she is a business woman thats about her hustle. The next song was "That's My Attitude." This song gave me motivation, hype and confidence. Its a lady's anthem with out a doubt. Followed by a soft fun poppy song "Million Dollar Girl," Trina shows us that she can be versitle on any beat and any hook. When you put a hot plate on the table she eats. The song has guest appereance by Diddi and Keri Hilson. I Love this song. I wouldnt think Trina would do a song like this, but she scored! Track number 3 is a slow number which gives us the impression that its ok to pelizate when it comes to loving someone else lol. I must say its a song anyone can relate to. Track number 5 was a female empowerment. "WE DON'T WANT YOU WE WANT THAT DANG-A-LANG." Trina, Lady Saw and Nicki Minaj expresses themselves in different styles how they all are independent and they don't need a man unless they got that Dang-a-Lang; a cute funny reggae track. Track number 6 is more than a feature but is a duet with Monica. I must say them two are a great collabo'. This track is for the ladies. Trina takes us to the club with Git Fresh and Flo-Rida. I must say a club banger indeed. I was nervous of the name of the song (White Girl) but i feel in love with it when the beat drop.Read more ›

Amazin blows me away. I've been listening to Trina since I was 9. She is one of the best rappers there is. Believe me this is a must have album. You'll have this album on repeat. This album has great guest artists. Amazin has a mix of music, I like it this way, because it never gets boring. I really like the hard, and soft side to this album. Trina has amazed me for so many years now. Trina deserves this. I hope she stays around. She works so hard to get where she is now, I am proud of her. This album will amaze you from start to finish. My favorite tracks on Amazin are: I really enjoy the intro Amazin, because she is telling you how it is. That's My Attitude, My Bitches, By Myself, Always Feat. Monica, Currency Feat. Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross, Make Way, Showing Out. I like this whole album, those are the songs I find myself putting on repeat.
