We own all five Ralph's World CDs, plus the DVD, and think that this album is his best effort by far. My 3.5 year old loves it, as do my husband & I. The songs are catchy, with clever lyrics, that go way beyond what one would expect from the genre of "children's music." We've had more than one impromptu kid/parent dance party in the living room while this album is playing.

For those parents new to the phenom of Ralph's World (and I just have to ask -- aren't you sick of the Wiggles yet?), you really can't go wrong with any of his albums, but "Kid Astro" is a great place to start.

And if you get a chance to see him live, by all means GO! My kids have a ball at his concerts.

Ralph's World is THE music of choice for both of my kids. It is catchy, cleverly written, witty, funny and silly all at once! My kids are 7 1/2 and 3 1/2, and it appeals to both, although probably on different levels. It's the only music that is made for kids that my husband and I can listen to over and over again, sing along with a smile on our faces, and still feel sane after driving across country. It's fantastic, and if you buy one Ralph's World CD, you're apt to buy another once you listen. Save yourself the time, buy them all now, you won't regret it! My kids love him so much they call themselves "Ralphies!"

Ralph continues to exceed expectations. This album rocks! Not only do my kids (6 & 8) love it but I find myself listening to it in the car by myself. From the catchy Fee Fi Fo Fum to the fabulous harmonies of Sun In My Eyes this album is ambrosia for the heart and soul, young and old alike.

This fifth Ralph's World cd is, yet again, awesome! My kids have been Ralph fans for ages, and this album is exactly why... Ralph continues to spin out kid-and-parent friendly tunes that never get tiresome.

Ralph's first 4 cd's are continuously played in my house and car, and now we have a new one to add to the rotation!

"We Are Ants", "Fe Fi Fo Fum", "Dump Truck" and "Playground" are clear faves.

Keep 'em coming, Ralph!

This is the 5th CD from Ralph's World. This one is outstanding (and so are the others). The lyrics are fun, catchy, kids LOVE IT! As an adult who is really into good music, I can't believe how talented these musicians are. I find myself forgetting to change discs after dropping my son of at preschool as I get back in the car and continue to singalong. I even hum "Fi Fi Fo Fum" and LA LA DI DA from "Treehouse Orchestra" after the kids are in bed. "We are Ants" is another winner. My youngest loves "Old Man Dan" because of the repeating Humbug chorus.
What can I say. Ralph's great. I've seen him LIVE twice in NYC and he's just the nicest guy too. He has a true talent, like I've never seen before in kids music.

Ralph has done it again. Another great kid's music CD. Here's what my 7 year old daughter has to say:

"The song I like the best on this CD is We Are Ants because I like I like the way he sings it and the beat. I also like Fi Fi Fo Fum."

Give this one a try - it's great!

I really like all the Ralphs World albums, and this new one is the best yet!

This is a wonderful album! I LOVE the various music genres! Some songs (Kid Astro) remind me of some 70's rock while some others (Dumptruck) are definitely Country. I think the album has a great eclectic mix and my children (14 months to 6-1/2 years) agree. While they all have their favorite songs and vie for who gets to listen to their favorite first, at least they all agree on the same album which is great when you want a peaceful ride. :-)

This is an awesome CD! Personally I think this is Ralph's best CD yet (excluding his grown-up stuff) ;). Ralph explores an amazing variety of music genres here, which speaks to his incredible versatility as an artist.

From the clever lyrics of We Are Ants, the grown-up sounding but kid-friendly Fee Fi Fo Fum, to the tip of the hat to Queen with Kid Astro, this is a winner!
Kudos Ralph, we all love it!

I don't know how much more I can add to the previous reviews other than all of Ralph's cd's are excellent. My fav's on this one are "Old Man Dan" and "Who's the winner?"

I like Ralph's cd's because you hear different musical styles and the lyrics are really good.

I've given Ralph's CD's as Christmas presents and as baby gifts. I highly recommend this disk, as well as all the others.
