In this game there are 21 levels. You have different scences and must find things hidden in the back ground like, sunglasses, barrels, fans, fishing lure etc....
Then after that you must look at 2 pictures and find the differences, also you have mini game sin between og jigsaw type puzzles and tile exchanging puzzles to form the picture. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because unlike Big Adventure Games (in Sydney and San Francisco),the latter have over 50 levels (sydney close to 100),which I find much more fun therefore more worth the higher rating and stars given. I finished this game in less then 2 days without using hints so that wasn't worth the price compared to other Seek and Find games,

What can i say, i'm addicted 2 hidden object games, this was fun, and also has an unlimited bonus feature, where you can clean out the scenes after completing the regular game. I just love being able 2 see the scene without all the objects.

I played the game and it seems to me that you go to the same scenes over and over again. The best one is Jewel Quest Curse of the Emerald Tear. At least with that game you go through puzzle to open up levels and you can collect gold coins and jewels on every scene to trade in for special scenes or different level capabilities. Not this one. I am sorry I ordered it from Trymedia online. the worse place to order games. I wish I could have ordered it from Amazon.com instead. well my BIG loss:o(

This game is pretty easy, ideally suited for kids, beginners, and those who prefer an easier, more leisurely game. It's mostly a hidden object game (HOG), but jigsaws, tile puzzles, find-the-differences, etc. are scattered between. Nothing is missed with sound turned off.

You are an historian who works for a museum that has sent you a piece of a map that is believed to reveal the location of the Lost Tomb of Egypt. Your job is to travel to Egypt and find additional clues by looking for hidden objects in various locations such as a Pyramid, Shipwreck, Sunken Temple, Sphinx, Treasure Chest, Market, Oasis, Crypt and many more sites. Once you have found the Lost Tomb you unlock a Secret Game mode where you can revisit those locations and find even more hidden objects.
"Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" features 22 different locations with over 2,000 hidden objects throughout more than 100 levels. There are 20 "missions" with several levels in each mission. There are several hidden objects to find in each level - some of which are easy to find and some are hard (there are plenty of hints available). As the game progresses it gets harder to find the hidden objects and the creators of the game make it even harder by sometimes having you find multiples of an object - for example four birds - before you can move on. You also need to find 21 scarabs scattered throughout the game (these can either be pictures of scarabs or the word scarab) which will unlock The Secret Game Mode. Once you find all the hidden objects in each level you have to solve a puzzle - this can be a jigsaw puzzle, matching game, tile swapping game, or find the differences between two pictures (this is always the last puzzle in each round) - that will reveal the next location in the game. "Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" is an okay hidden object game. You can play in two modes - timed and relaxed - I played in both and while the timed mode gives you more than enough time to find all the hidden objects I preferred the more relaxed mode. My main problem with the game is that there was no real story to follow - the object of the game simply seems to be to get as many points as possible. There are speed bonuses and you lose points for clicking randomly or using the hint button. You can also move up in rank. However, once the scarabs were all found a lot of the fun of the game went away for me. The final puzzle to end the game was rather easy and The Secret Game Mode was disappointing - you had to look for dozens of hidden objects in each location you've already visited (97 hidden objects in the Mine, 83 in the Crypt, etc.) but that was it - once you found all the objects the game was over with no fanfare. You can, of course, play the game over again as you would have to look for different hidden objects, that seems rather pointless in a game like this. "Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" isn't one of the best hidden object games that I've played but it does provide hours of distracting fun.

Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb, by PopCap, is a hidden object game without a storyline. I found it tedious, but we are all different, so I'll list my reasons to better help potential buyers:
1. The fast beat, repetitious music loop is the same throughout the entire game. It doesn't change from scene to scene. 2. There is absolutely no animation, character interaction, dialog or story. You simply click a map location and find a dozen objects in a two dimensional setting. Then you go to an easy puzzle, work that out, and then go back to the map for your next hidden object location. 3. There are only 4 kinds of puzzles, despite what the product discription reads: "Jigsaws" with less than 30 pieces, "Find the Matches" (grouped by same colors, or objects that function together, or exact duplicates), "Find the Differences" where two exact pictures have 6 differences, and "Swap the Tiles Around to Make a Picture." 4. The game reuses locations over and over and over with the hidden object games, the tile games, and the find the differences games. 5. As soon as you correctly place the last tile swap or jigsaw piece in a puzzle, the picture is covered with a strip telling you where you are heading next, and you don't get a chance to see the picture completed. Now for the good points: 1. The hidden objects are very challenging to find. 2. The Hint button recharges in only a few seconds. 3. Bonus points are given at each level for not using a hint. 4. There is a hidden scarab beetle to find in each scene. 5. There is a timed mode or relaxed mode option. 6. There is a free play mode when the game is completed. I like games to have animation, such as rain, falling leaves, fire, moving creatures, and so forth. I like a riveting story or mystery. I like character interaction--at least a little. And I like changing scenery with a more 3D feel. So I was disappointed with this game.

WOW!! THIS GAME IS NEAT. YOU HAVE TO FIND THINGS AND WHILE YOU DO YOU GET TO SEE AND LEARN ALL ABOUT THE EGYPTION BUILDING AND ARTIFACTS. THERE ARE PUZZLES THAT ARE QUITE DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT, LIKE THE PLACEMENT OF STONES IN SEQUENCE TO MAKE THE LOCK OPEN. FUN GAME GOOD LUCK.

Super fun and challenging... have had this game for quite a while and the enjoyment I get out of it is the challenge of beating my own score. It forces you to concentrate on what you're seeing, replaying the game challenges you to remember where you saw the items the first time. Because of this game, I also purchased 'Amazing Adventures: Around The World"... found it just as enjoyable.

I got this game for my wife. She is relatively new to the PC game world and has a new laptop. She use to fuss at me for spending hours at a time on my computer but now that she has one of her own and a game that she likes, I never hear any complaints from her. The game is not one that I personally care for much but she likes it and that is all that matters.
