It was a good book but not for researching. Everything was in little notes so it was a new way to read a book. There was a good amount of info but not as much as I would have hoped for. I got the book because I am a fifth grade student researching on women, children, and family life in Ancient Egypt it was not as helpful on that subject as I had thought it would be. It is a good book but it needs a little more info in some subjects.

The book is designed to be a source of fun, not a source of profound research. If you're looking for material to cite, look elsewhere. If you're looking for eye candy and a few laughs, you've found it. A worthy purchase.
