This is by far the best book I have ever come across about the night of April 15, 1912 when the Titanic sank.
This book is filled with 882 ½ facts (because the ship was 882 ½ ft. long) about the people, the ship, crew, heartwarming stories of how mothers pleaded for their sons to be allowed into life boats, how lovers said goodbye to each other, how people were refused into life boats, and how others never made it out of the ship.
There are detailed names, dates, info about the aftermath, a "whatever happened to..." page with facts about survivors, as well as great info about the discovery of the ship, exploration of the wreckage, facts about the movie directed by James Cameron, and a great glossary at the back of the book to learn about different words associated with the ship.

What I love most about this book is the heartfelt facts about the people who were on the ship, and what happened to them. If you have ever wanted to learn about The Titanic, this is THE book to buy. An Outstanding tribute to the souls loved and lost. Deserves 10 Stars.

Brilliant reference book. If you ever had wondering questions about the Titanic, this is your book. Summary: This book has answers to almost all of your questions about the ship and the sinking, etc. Wonderful facts. Reaction: Though this book is thin, it has plenty of little bits that can keep you interested 100 years later. Every Titanic fanatic will find a new fact on the ship and the people involved with it. Wonderful. A MUST BUY!!!

Bought this book through book club at daughters school. It is VERY informative. I thought I was up on a lot about Titanic, but this really taught me a lot more. Very good for any student or historian.

I love to read about the Titanic, and this book satisfied my hunger for more books about it. This book provides 882 and a half questions and answers about the Titanic. It was easy to read, well written, and had many photos. This book's questions and answers were very interesting, and I learned a lot from reading this book. This is an awesome book!

Amazing is a tiny stretch, but just tiny. Overall it is as promised- trivia style, easy to read. You can jump about if you wish.
I recommend reading another text about the titanic first then using this as a reference.

This book was the best!!!!! I have a book club and That was my first recommendation. IT is one of the best books that I have seen about the Titanic. It has a clear and easy-to-read format. Plus, it has facts tahr are undescribable. They are tons of interesting facts that you can read again and again. It is a truly wonderful collection and I reccomend all to read it. Such as did you know there were actually two Grand Staircases??? And Violet Jessop, former sewardess on the Titanic was also on Titanic's sister ships (Britannic and Olympic) when they sank? This is a book full of fun and facts. You will enjoy it for sure

I got this book for my son who is fasinated by the Titanic. We found when we got it that it has wonderful facts and it was easy for the entire family to share. I highly recomend this book for anyone who is interested in the Titanic.

This book is good for people that are first starting out with an interest in the RMS Titanic due to the fact its filled with over 800 questions and answers that covers the building, sailing, rescue, aftermath and after the section talking about the finding of the titanic it goes to the movie facts for a few of the titanic movies.

This book gives 8821/2 answers to all questions asked about Titanic: Were there any women's only rooms on it, was it really the curse of a mummy on board that made the ship sink, what did children and adults do for fun and eat in first, second and third-class? All these questions and many more are finally answered. A fact-filled book with excellent photographs. Recommend it to people of any age.

I bought this as a birthday gift for an 8-year-old obsessed with all things Titanic, but quickly found out that the adults cannot put this book down! It is full of all kinds of details and bits of trivia you never knew. I would highly recommend it for any Titanic fan or history buff. Very well done...you won't be disappointed!
