3.0 out of 5 stars Too short
This book is supposed to have Thousands of Miles Worth of Hands-On Games and Activities, and yet it is only 18 pages long. This book'll last you for less than 100 miles before you get bored of it, I reccomend Kids Travel instead.

the contents of this book WILL entertain kids as old as 80 !
however the darn pages keep falling off the spiral binder. the pages are made of thick paper (wonderfull) but with constant adjustment of the wire binding, this makes it difficult to turn the pages easily.Have resorted to taking it apart and getting o- rings to keep every thing intact. If you can make it through this frustration you will enjoy. By the way... this is the second one I have purchased in the past 8 years.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great Book, but not quite enough to do..., June 6, 2000

I like the book a lot! All the games they have in there are really fun, but can get boring after awhile. They should've put in more games, or at least make the games a little more interesting. All in all it's a well designed book, sturdy, durable and all the pieces are well contained!

This book is an absolutley excellent choice for a long car trip. It keeps kids entertained for hours. It's nice for you to get some peace and quiet while they are playing games like finger twister and coin races.

5.0 out of 5 stars So much fun., June 24, 2010
This review is from: The Amazing Backseat Book-a-ma-Thing with Other (Games) (Spiral-bound)
I had this book growing up and it definitely distracted my siblings and me for hours on our long road trips. I agree with a previous review that the spiral binding can get a bit difficult, but I see that as only a minor setback. The games, puzzles and activities are all incredibly fun and we didn't tire of it quickly at all!
