I've tried several recipes that turned out well and are good. The only thing that disappointed me about this cook book is that several of the recipes call for white sugar and white flour, and I'd like to avoid those ingredients all together and use a healthier alternatives.

I like the book I believe it helpful & gives some very good ideas on ways of using flak seed
Before this book i only used it on cereal Well worth the money |
