This is David Wolfe's best book., November 11, 2008
This review is from: Amazing Grace: The Nine Principles of Living in Natural Magic (Paperback)
I found this to be the most interesting of Wolfe's books though it touches only lightly upon raw foods. The main thrust of the message is that we are all about to witness the greatest story ever as we take back the planet from the Illuminati (yes, David and Nick go out on a limb and use the "I" word!) As they say on p. 12, "As the story unfolds, the Illuminati are enacting a pre-planned, very well-organized agenda that is being played out by the owners of the banking-military-pharmaceutical-petrochemical-agri-business-industrial complex to the detriment of the human family and out Mother Earth." As they point out, if you don't believe in the Illuminati, you can think of it as a metaphor for the "powers that be."
What do they inspire you to do in this book? "Stop working for Big Brother and start working for the Mother...quit your job and become a superhero." A "superhero" is one who listens for his true calling and heeds that messages and clues of synchronicity, partaking in his/her highest mission.
Although David continues to tout that "You are what you eat" outweighs "You are what you think," this book steers you toward more positive thinking and beliefs. There are useful tips such as the importance of writing goals. (The example is given of a couple who persistently wrote their goal to win the lotto, and won within months!)
This book was written fearlessly, boldly, and with great enthusiasm and optimism. There are even some somewhat shocking confessions such as shamanistic journeys using ayahuasca (which can be done legally through a church that uses it). It also includes great tips on Ormus, the higher minerals that make just eating raw food seem like kindergarten.
Congratulations, David and Nick, on an excellent book!

A Stunning, Affirming and Transformative Worthy Companion and Guide, June 2, 2009
This review is from: Amazing Grace: The Nine Principles of Living in Natural Magic (Paperback)
Amazing Grace has caught me exactly where I am and made me say YES YES YES throughout its pages! This book is not only transcendent but so life-affirming, empowering, awakening, sharpening the truth into magic and vice verse, that I am thrilled to have found it and taken the leap to buy it/read it knowing so little about it and it's authors. I got this book because I am just beginning to take the Raw Food Road and David Wolfe is an inspiring excited voice in this field. When I saw this book listed with his others(this book is authored by David Wolfe and NIck Good), I was really drawn to it visually and verbally. The writing is exquisite, enlivening, and so PRO YOU, it's like having the cosmos as your cheerleader. I feel so amazing reading it, and after reading from it, that I truly believe this is one of those books which will RAISE YOUR VIBRATION!!! The writing is so spontaneously mesmerizing, that I can only imagine what magic transpires when these two beings gather together in person. If you want some YES in your life, and you're ready to step into a multi-dimensional life, this book is the book you want with you, take it on a road trip, a quest, let it answer that lingering question you have about yourself in this universe...LET these voices guide you and REMIND you that what YOU ARE CAPABLE OF ON EARTH IS LIMITLESS!

TOP BOOK!, May 20, 2008
This review is from: Amazing Grace: The Nine Principles of Living in Natural Magic (Paperback)
Be prepared if you are gonna take on this book-not likely for you if you are not receptive and open. I put this in my top 2 books out of my personal library of more than 1200 books (last count!) This is co authored by David Wolfe but is not all about the raw life (although it is a topic, as it should be!) but more into deep consciousness, if you can even call it that. This book I feel I can't even describe-that being a good thing. When words won't suffice only the experience will do. I had a very "special" nights sleep after reading this before bed-one of the strangest (meaning good, as strange usually defines out of the ordinary and that is always good!) sleeps I have ever had. I would love to meet and join those that read this and get it,love it and live it! Love you ALL!
