fair warning: this tastes awful!

The first time I tried this, I mixed it in some water and drank it like that. It was horrendous. Mind-alteringly terrible stuff. I found myself holding a dishtowel over my mouth as I forced myself to swallow it and not throw it up. By the time I finished the relatively small amount I had, my eyes were watering and my stomach was churning. I gave it a few days before I allowed myself to try it again. Since then I have experimented with putting it in a lot of different things. The problem is that it changes the texture and taste of anything you put it in. My breakfast smoothies became gritty and unpalatable, apple juice became grass juice, etc. The best way I have found to drink it has been in hot tea. The tea seems to absorb it a little... you can still taste it and every once in a while you get some of the consistency, but it is much better than the alternatives I tried.
So after a few weeks of taking it regularly, I did notice a change in my system. My blood pressure became lower, I had more regular bowel movements, and I had more energy.
