I must confess I was a skeptic from the start. My wife is offering magnetic wellness products through Nikken, and so was attracted to this book. She insisted that we both do what I affectionately dubbed "the drill". I was amazed by the results! The "formula" worked EXACTLY as it was described in the book. We have just completed our second cleanse, and the results were equally impressive. While at first its not the most pleasant exercise to go through (who likes to fast for almost 48 hours and run to the...every 15 minutes?), that part of "the drill" is insignificant in comparison to the overall benefit derived. The book is an easy and informative read; no fluff. Just good, straight data on how to understand the impacts on this part of our anatomy and why we should be so interested in caring for it. Highly recommended for anyone interested in taking responsibility for their own health and well being.

Truly Amazing,

This book changed my life and the lives of almost everyone I've given it to. I say 'almost' because not everybody has the common sense or small amount of willpower to follow the cleanse exactly as Mr. Moritz suggests. I must say that at 51, I look and feel vibrantly healthy. This cleanse was recommended to me by a person who went into remission from inoperable brain cancer.... 20 years ago. Mr. Moritz puts your health into your own hands.
