Fabulous!,

I was fortunate to have this book in my early teens, and even more fortunate to still have it with me to this day (this was 15 years ago)! Let me say that the joy of this book was in collecting the materials needed, constructing and assembling the props, and eventually performing them.
The layout of the book is extremely attractive with loads of clear and colourful pictures which anyone can understand, and the fact that the models are cildren is more than encouraging for the young aspiring magicians out there to pursue this wonderful hobby. The tricks contained in this book range from easy to intermediate. Suffice it to say, practice is required for all levels. From close-up to stage magic, the reader and performer will find true joy when finally performing before an awaited audience. For myself, I shall pass this book to the next generation. As for all of you parents/guardians/aunts/uncles/granparents (and all the rest of you!), this book is highly recommended for your children. It will give you both quality time to spend with each other. |
