This was the first book by this author that I bought, and I've picked up every title. They make great gifts for the kids you know, and the tricks are also pretty cool (I enjoy them for myself, too). This book is perfect for 9-12 year=olds, and combines magic tricks with basic math skills. Highly recommended!

All these amazing math tricks -- your child will feel like a wizard when he or she learns how to do a few of these. #1, they always work. #2, they make you feel extremely smart. #3, they REALLY impress grandma and grandpa.
Some kids aren't going to get into these, and other kids are. Give it a try!

I purchased this book when planning for an after school "Math Magic" class that I was directing for grades 2 -5. It was, by far, my best resource. The activities are easy to follow, intriguing for all ages, and excellent "lead ins" for related math topics. I look forward to using this book again with another group of "math magicians."
