This product is a fabulous resource for music educators everywhere! First of all, it covers a wide range of musical elements and historic facts.These activities are wonderful for practicing and reinforcing concepts, great for 'assessments,' great for subs, and ingrossing and FUN to look at as well. I love the line under the official title of the resource, "Ideas and Excercises for Exploring," for that is exactly what it is. BRAVA, Ms. Vogt!

I have been an educator for over nearly 20 years and I must say this book was not what I expected. I have paid less money for more info but, here it was just the opposite. There is some valuable info in the book but, not enough for the price. All teaching resources don't have to be expensive. However; resources must be VALUABLE an cost effective for the info inside the book!!!
