I heard the craze over the acai berry vitamins and how they will help you loose weight. I am 5 feet 7 inches and weigh 130 pounds. I wanted to loose a few pounds and I went through 3 bottles of this stuff. Nothing. It doesn't work. It's a gimic. I also wasn't sure what I was putting into my body. I'm not sure if this is safe for you, but I took that chance anyway. Like most people do when they want to loose weight. Needless to say, nothing happened. I didn't feel any better, or less tired, or loose any weight. It was like taking tic-tacs.

Although I do not lose weight with this product, when taking it I do not get sick. If I stop taking it, I get head colds, etc. Great anitoxidant!

I've tried other diet pills in the past, I'm fully aware there is no magic diet pill, but I do need something to help supress hunger. while using the pills I found that if you take away the casing, and just take the powder, then you get a better hunger supresent.
