The pack is made of rugged 840-denier ripstop nylon. It has a water-resistant bottom, and the reinforced back with reticulated foam padding and moisture-wicking mesh ensures that you stay dry and relaxed while you hike up the mountain. And, as if all that weren't enough, the ergonomically designed S-shaped foam straps are the most comfortable you'll find. All Amazon.com bags are branded with our logo and have a lifetime warranty.

Good bag, your PowerBook G3 will fit,
By A Customer
This review is from: Amazon.com Backpack (Electronics)
This is a pretty comfy bag. Most importantly, my Mac PowerBook G3 (bronze keyboard) fits nicely into the laptop pocket. It's almost like the pocket was made for this particular laptop! The look of the bag is OK, but not outstanding. I'm really anxious to see how well it holds up. The zipper pulls and some of the stiching seem iffy, but we'll see. If you need to carry a lot of computer harware with you -- expansion modules, PCMCIA cards, cables and the like, you might consider Amazon's "back office" (I think that's what it's called) backpack. But if you want a good solid bag with room for your laptop, some papers and pens, biz cards, etc., this is the way to go.

One of the best, but it can handle a few improvements.,
This review is from: Amazon.com Backpack (Electronics)
I've had my share of good and bad backpacks; so when I received it I decided to wait 5 months or so to give a fair review. Well, the time has come and Im happy to say it has survived classic overload of books, the continuous movement from one side of the campus to the other, and every other common event you can think of in the life of a student (and all while carrying the laptop inside). It's great...the shoulder straps are very comfortable and feel very safe to pull on and off at any time. However......it should have a thicker bottom pad for the laptop, for when you let down the back pack on desk or floor (however softly) you can hear the knock from that surface with the laptop.

I love this back pack,
By A Customer
This review is from: Amazon.com Backpack (Electronics)
This was a very good day. I received my back pack from Amazon. com and the stock went up 14 7/8 points. This is my first backpack and I love it. The only change I would make is to have the Amazon.com logo in 2 inch letters--oh well, subtle is good too. Being a plump grandmother, most pack packs I have tried on have not been becoming. This one looks great. The interior organization is excellent. I like the water bottle holder. The comfort is excellent. From the picture, I thought that the light reflective stitching might be tacky, but in actuality it looks great. The back pack looks great hanging from my doorknob. The only thing that I would like to see come with the back pack is a picture of someone wearing it and where the correct placement of the back pack is. When I put this one on it is very comfortable riding high on my shoulders. Howerver, I see many kids wearing back packs riding very low, like a foot below the neck. It would be nice to know the manufacturer's opinion as to which way creates less strain. Thanks Amazon.com.
