I've checked the product details of both the items and found that the game pack "Battlefield 4 + Battlefield 4 Premium + $10 Credit" contains a premium feature and hence the price difference.

I believe the Premium is going to include the same battlepack and many others. The battlepacks are cosmetic from what I've read on BF twitter and do not include weapons. Origin offers the vehicle upgrades if you buy from them but I think I'm going to stick with Amazon and earn my upgrades. Hope this helps...
I think they email it to you within 48 hours to whatever email is associated with your Amazon account. It's probably a Redeem Code. If not, it's probably already on the discs in the Battle Packs section. (My Soldier or in the game in the Start Menu)
I didn't get mine, either. So I sent an email to Amazon this morning about two hours ago. Basically explained that I exhausted every option that might have given me the Battlepack, told them that others have had this problem as well and then politely threatened to never shop at the site again if I didn't receive it. I just got a reply back with the promo code and where to use it. I punched it in, went into the game, but it didn't show up. So, I logged out of Origin, then logged back in and now it's there. Problem resolved!
And in case anyone asks, I threatened them in an attempt to help speed up the process on the chance that they considered putting my issue on the backburner for whatever reason. I have no idea if they do do that in some cases, but I wanted to get the message across that this was not a benign issue.
I haven't received it either and after spending 20 minutes with Amazon on the phone the best they could do was to forward the issue to the marketing department. Apparently their pre-lease offer does not show up in the computer records. The marketing department will call in a business day.
Have a question for those who got their codes. I want to know if mine was an isolated case, or if everyone encountered the same issue. I did email Amazon regarding my issue. Like the others, I had to resort to contacting Amazon for my code as I didn't receive mine within 48 hours. They gave me a 16 character code which I had to enter in a different site, which in turn would give me the code for my selected platform. The thing was when I got the battlepack, it read GAMESTOP GOLD BATTLEPACK. As per the contents, as far as I was aware based on the site description during the pre-order period, Amazon Battlepacks were supposed to contain also EXCLUSIVE DOGTAGS, KNIVES and CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION, all of which were not included. The only ones I received were a double XP for 1 hour of gameplay, a scope, and a "skin" color for the weapons. I was wondering if everyone else received the same battlepacks/items?
