All Time Low is on my top five bands list and has been there for some time. Dirty Work is their 3rd major album to date. The previous two, Nothing Personal and So Wrong It's Right, stood out as solid albums that delivered Alternative Punkpop Rock worthy of the genre. Dirty Work on the otherhand, doesn't live up to the predecessors in my mind. Why? It seems to leave to far into pop rock and doesn't stay true to their original sound. This is their first album under Interscope Records, and most of the songs we're produced by Mike Green. Maybe there we're too many hands working on this project, or maybe they we're aiming for wide-stream success, but it doesn't quite ring the bells i was hoping it would. The previous two we're under Hopeless Records, and one of my most respected producers Matt Squire did most of that work. I was hoping he would have a big influence on this album instead of the one song he produced. Putting all that behind though, Time-Bomb and Heroes are my favorite tracks, but there's not enough of those tracks to earn my 5/5 mehs. So 3/5 mehs, I'll still love em. I might come to like it over time.

All Time Low has been my favorite band since 2008, after I fell in love with thier album So Wrong, Its Right. I loved everything about them then, especially the fact they wrote thier own lyrics! Now on Dirty Work nearly every song is co-written, and you can hear that very clearly. The lyrics have gotten too focused on being drunk, partying, and living a "dirty" lifestyle.

If you listen to Dirty Work from the viewpoint of some kid who likes MAINSTREAM pop-punk(ish) music, then its a pretty good album. And when I listen to it not thinking of it as the band I fell in love with 2 1/2 years ago, then it sounds pretty good. I especially like "Bad Enough For You" and "Guts". But then again, when I listen to it thinking of thier old songs like "Lullabies" and "Six Feet Under The Stars", then well.. it kinda sounds like trash.

I really think your viewpoint towards All Time Low will effect how you like this album. If you just want some fun, catchy, pop punk summer songs then its a great album. But if youre actually in it for music and real lyrics, then I recommened staying away from this.

After waiting for this album for months, and going to The Dirty Work Tour, I built up to high of hopes for this album, and honestly was let down when I got it. But I dont want to call them out on one poor album - they still are a great band, who are incredible live, and I will always have thier older songs and albums!

It is a little too pop for me, does not have that alternative edge. I still think their first LP album was the best.

It's not like the old All Time Low stuff but its a pretty good album on its own. It has some pretty amazing songs on it, as a long time All Time Low fan i wasn't too keen on the new direction and it works on some songs and not on others. A lot of the songs are catchy and have a really good feel to them. Just give it a shot, that's my suggestion.

All Time Low is one of my favorite bands. I have seen them twice in concert (Dallas 2012, Portland 2014) and they were awesome. Merry Christmas Kiss My Ass is really the only christmas song that I can listen to because it is not cloying or vastly overplayed.

Another great collection of catchy,punk/pop songs from this Baltimore, MD foursome. My daughter can't stop listening, so I hear the songs quite a bit too.

Dirty Work shows All Time Low stepping in a new direction. I know some of the music choice wasn't what most All Time Low fans would prefer, but it's not that bad. It just goes to show that All Time Low is willing to take risks in exploring different sound choices. It's not the best I would say, but good enough for you to go & buy it(: I hope the next album has a bit more of their old style, but nevertheless, this album was pretty good anyways.

Definitely not a so wrong its right part 2 or a continuation of their beloved EP. ATL's new record is very catchy and a much needed improvement over their latest nothing personal which the band even agree was a little "unicorn poop" sounding. This album is definitely poppier then any of their other albums ultimately delivers a powerful pop rock sound.
