This review is from: Amazon Guardians of Eden (MS-DOS version) (CD-ROM)
You would have to download DosBox to run this game now but even then I believe it's worth it. The game has such a great storyline, and the puzzles can be really challenging. It's a third person adventure game which is my favorite kind. (Think Kings Quest, Police Quest, ETC) If you like that style of game you should defintely try this!
You play as Jason whose brother goes missing in the Amazon. You work through various clues and puzzles to try to track him down and eventually meet an associate of his named Maya. Things get pretty hairy, as you encounter a plan crash, slave traders, cannibals, and Amazonian Women all while being pursued by corrupt local law enforcement. There is much more to the game than mentioned but that's a sampling. Fantastic game! Although as the rating indicates it's not appropriate for the younger crowd.
