My review of this book has been deleted. Although critical, it was on-topic and not abusive. At last count (admittedly, a couple months ago), more than 250 people had recommended it, and it was the most helpful critical review at the time. If I'm not mistaken, it looks like other reviews may have been deleted as well. (There were definitely more than the current 36 reviews when I last checked.) Deleting reviews seems to have dramatically shifted the star ranking in favor of the book. Is Amazon deliberately tamping down the controversy surrounding it? Well, it hardly matters, what with used copies selling for $5.00. But, still, it doesn't seem right.
