This is a good, low-profile case for your netbook. I had hoped it would fit my iPad but it was definitely just a little bit too big--it worked, but not that well. But for a 10" netbook it's a perfect fit (it probably wouldn't work quite so well for the smallest of the netbooks). It zips around three sides so it can be opened flat and stay out of your way when you want to use the computer. And there are small elastics in the corners to keep it in place.

All-in-all, it's a great product for the low price.

I purchased this to house my iPad for business and personal travel. I wasn't sure if it would be an exact fit but I rolled the dice given the measurements in the description (and the low price). I'm very happy that I did because it's perfect for my iPad and exactly what I was looking for.

It shipped quick and painlessly in the Amazon Frustration Free box. The only Amazon branding on the item can be found on the zipper pulls, which is fine by me. And the inside is a bright orange which adds a little flavor to an otherwise boring but highly practical neoprene sleeve.

Fit: This cover is designed with netbooks in mind. It fits very nicely 10 inch netbooks but is a little loose for an iPad. It is too roomy for an iPad 2 and even with the leather smartcover I have enough space to put my Kindle 2G inside the same case. However, if you don't particularly care about the case being a shade too big (about 1 inch too big in width) then it's great for an iPad 2. This case makes the profile of my iPad 2 a little too big to fit in most of my leather handbags, so I'll have to place it in my backpack. I also bought the Philips sleeve Philips DLN1713 Soft Sleeve for iPad which fits an iPad 2 with smart cover and is much more form fitting. Also Incase Neoprene Sleeve for iPad (Black) is smaller than this case and has much more padding and also available at a decent price at other retailers. I also tried the HP Pink Mini Sleeve which is smaller and a better fit than this case so you have other options.

Material: Sturdy zipper, well stitched neoprene cover with water resistant top cover.

Styling: Pretty basic black. Orange inside is a nice surprise. The elastic bands inside hold the netbook/iPad in place. The advantage over a sleeve style is that you can unzip the case all around and use your iPad while still in the case if needed.

Value for money: I got it for under 5 bucks shipped, so it is a great value. The price seems to fluctuate everyday so keep an eye out for a lower price.

My ASUS Eee PC is a 10.1" netbook. This sleeve was listed as being for 7" to 10" netbooks, but let me tell you: My 10.1" netbook was swimming in this case. There was way too much room inside, and it seems more like it's fitted to an 11" netbook, or one slightly bigger than that.

Construction-wise, it's a nice case, but it's WAY too loose for an Eee PC 10.1" netbook. I wouldn't trust it simply because it doesn't seem any more secure than just throwing my netbook into a sack. The straps are meant to hook around the corners, but it's too big to fit snugly, and the netbook just kind of slides around inside this sleeve.

I appreciate the effort, but they need to change the product title. I don't see any way this is a good fit for a 10" netbook, and I really can't imagine putting a 7" device inside this sleeve. It's just too darned big for things of those sizes. It might fit a 10" netbook if the netbook is really thick, but I can't imagine that being common enough to warrant selling this as a 10" netbook case.

Maybe it's really just meant for the Kindle DX, and if your netbook happens to fit, that's nice too.

Anyway, if you have an ASUS Eee PC 10.1" netbook, avoid this. It's not tight enough to give any real protection.

Five stars for quality, but minus two stars for poor marketing on this item.

nice quality. No chemical odor, smooth zipper around three sides. But... A little too large for the iPad, I would have preferred a more snug fit. For the price, though, it cant be beat!!

I got it at $4 from Amazon. It's very loose for iPad. But for $4, can't complain. Nice color. Amazon Basic product quality is good.

This case does not fit the Kindle 2g. It is way too big, but i can still use it for other things or with my kindle but it will have extra room.

Great product - with room for netbook and mouse, plus a small notebook, this small case protects my notebook and is the perfect size to slip into my purse. Wraparound zipper makes it easy to cruise through airport security without having to pull on the netbook to get it out of the case. Recommended!!

There are several things to like about this case: it seems well-made and durable; it zips around three of the four sides so that it will open flat, and with two pulls zips in either direction; it has elastic straps at the four corners inside to help hold a netbook in place; the bright orange inside, which a matter of taste, adds some fun to a utilitarian product.

However, there were two reason I wasn't thrilled. First, it seems fairly big for my 9" netbook. Although it's supposed to fit 7"-10" computers, logic does dictate one case couldn't really fit snugly on a range of sizes. If yours is on the smaller end of that range it will be a loose fit, which I imagine is less protective. Secondly, compared to the sleeve we have for our other netbook, which I believe is the Case Logic PLS-9 Ultraportable Netbook Sleeve for 7-Inch to 10-Inch Netbooks (Black), Amazon's has a lot less cushion. (Incidentally, Case Logic's only zips on two sides, lacks the elastic straps, and would have the same size issues, so there are trade-offs.) So this is not quite the perfect netbook sleeve, but may serve you very well depending on what you need.

Overall it works. Little loose. For the price you just can't go wrong. Pick one up to keep your tablet dry!
