This book provided the information that it set out to do in a very precise way. The recipes are laid out beautifully with gorgeous photos as well.
I found the recipes to be helpful and practical for someone who has to run a beautiful, palate pleasing, hospitality show. As I chef who has been in the industry for 15 years or so, I still found helpful suggestions and great original ideas. |
