The best I've heard, December 18, 2000

This is a collection of chrismas carols and songs by a collection of top Newfoundland musicians. The spirit is somewhere between festive and mystical; the musicianship--and humanity--is absolutely first class. We put it into the CD player early in December and take it out, reluctantly, sometime in January. I've heard lots of Christmas albums over the years and this is simply the best. No condescension, no filler, no weak spots; just superb music from start to end.
