These bottles were listed as being glass, after receiving my order from Med-Vet International I got plastic ones. I called them, they informed me that they did not have glass ones only the plastic. They offered a refund on the bottles. Be aware if you are looking for glass!

Not very happy, out my time and shipping cost...

Ordered a product, did not receive what I had ordered. They tried to fix it by sending me the missing components - but they even screwed that up. How hard is it to look at an invoice, put the Correct order in the box, and NOT have to make your customers go through circles just to get the right product? AND, when they try to "correct" it, they can't even look at the order receipt of the original order to make sure that what they send out to fix the original problem, is the right size so that I don't have to keep contacting them to fix their own mistakes?

I will NEVER order from this company again. I do NOT recommend them to anybody. If you do decide to order anything from them, I hope your experience was better than my own.

I ordered this product from Greenals. When the product arrived, 2 of my 12 bottles were completely smashed due to being packaged very poorly. The bottles were wrapped together (all glass) in sets of 6 and thrown in a cardboard box. I am surprised more were not broken. Aside from that the service was fast which was the only pleasant part of this purchase. I received an email from Greenals as I had given them a 3 star rating. They told me if I deleted and changed my feedback I would receive the rest of my bottles in the mail. Well after 3 or 4 emails from Greenals telling me they have been sent and to change the feedback, I deleted it. It has been weeks, I am only assuming they won't send me the bottles unless I post good feedback which is technically blackmail, otherwise they would of already been here by now. Will not post any nice feedback after this, not worth 2 glass bottles. Don't believe Greenals high feedback percentage because they most likely got that from bribing every unsatisfied customer into giving them 5/5 stars.
