I bought this for the owner of the crossfit gym I go to. He had been wanting one for a while and was expecting one for his birthday but didn't. For Christmas I thought, perfect gift. We use this item almost every single day during our warm-up. It's a lot of fun and has personally made my footwork faster already. I would definitely buy this product for my own home use or to take with me to the park.

A few things I was not entirely satisfied with was the color is not the one pictured of red and black, it was a neon greenish color for the ladder rungs and black. In addition, unless you are somewhat proficient in using the ladder it needs to be secured with stakes in the ground. We use it often inside the gym which has rubber floors, making that impossible so people who are not as good get tripped up and we have to readjust the ladder.

I have had the agility ladder for a year now and it works great. It came with a bag to store it in and a locking pin to keep it neat. I've incorporated the agility ladder into my Outdoor Bootcamp and High Intensity Interval Training classes with a vast range of exercises to use them for.

First off, the ladder is not red it is a weird neon greenish yellow color. Secondly, the ladder steps are not secured in place so they travel up and down the sidebars and get all crooked and maligned, making it take tons of time to set up properly which completely defeats the purpose. There are no anchoring tools so the thing slides all over the place. Additionally, the ladder is secured for storage with a bar that goes through the middle of the steps and then has a clip on the end... the bar is twice as long as it should be, therefore the ladder steps are not kept secure (totally idiotic design flaw) and the clip is complete garbage and becomes loose after the second use, so it falls out constantly and the ladder falls off, gets in a horrible tangled mess and requires 20 minutes of fixing the steps before it can be used. I would never purchase this item again. Trash.

I just started a boot camp for ordinary folk and found it to be a great help and very humbling. I bought one for each of my grandsons after finding out how much help they can be. On my first attempt I could do nothing. On my second, I could not do much more but I did see obvious improvement which prompted me to buy the other two. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from this and they take up very little space for storing.

It came on time and packaged as advertised. Haven't had a chance to use it yet because my players are still learning/doing fundamental football movements. I expect for it to be a great tool once I actually use it.

Bang for your buck. It does what it does and you use it the way its suppose to. Used it for many agility drills. Material isn't top notch, but its probably the same as the expensive ones like SPARQ. Comes with a bag and a stick to organize it. Con is that it the bars can move so the distance might be a factor after a while. Comes with a hook so you can spike it on the grass. Would recommend the company to add maybe own spikes that is portable.

Pros: Does what it does. Cheap. Durable. Flat. Portable.

Cons: No spikes. Bars are stationed. Can get a bit messy if not put away correctly.

This Agility ladder is ok, but not the best it's too short and too tangly to do may excersices with. The 30' ladder would probalby be worth the money.

I purchased the Amber Sports Speed Agility ladder not just for me but for my dogs. I train dogs and people and found the ladder was great for the dogs to learn where there hind legs were and easily transported to the club for training. i also use it for the handlers to teach them where their feet are.
The rungs are adjustable so you can adjust the width for different exercises and very portable. Amber Sports 15-Foot Speed Agility Ladder

I coach a U-8 girls soccer team, and I am always looking for ways to make practice more fun. The speed ladder is great for that. If I don't have the ladder set up to start practice, they beg me to get it out of the bag. Right now we are just working on basic steps and bunny hops, but there is plenty of room for more complicated agility moves. Also, the rungs slide up and down, so you can make the steps wider or more narrow depending on skill level. One clarification: The ladder received was neon yellow, not the red as pictured. That's really just a nitpick, because it is highly visible, so the color doesn't matter. The only improvement I would suggest would be for the manufacturer to include some sample drills. I had to hit the internet to find drills, which wasn't all that big a deal. Overall, I gave it four stars because of the fun factor and versatility.
