I needed a rack to hold a few sets of dumbbells because my other two racks were too full. So I bought this for $50 on Amazon since it was the best deal I could find. It's actually fairly sturdy and is currently holding 4 sets of dumbbells well for me (30s, 35s, 40s, and 45s). Assembly wasn't too much trouble, though mine was missing a single washer (no big deal). However, after having this in my workout room for a day the smell from the cheap rubber glued onto the rack was so strong I was getting a headache from being in there any longer than 20 minutes. I ended up removing the rubber and then had to spend a couple of hours getting all the glue off the rack with some solvent. Now it works great, but it was a huge pain getting the rubber and glue off. So in the end, I'm still happy with the purchase but I wish that it either had higher quality rubber that didn't stink or didn't have the rubber at all.

I've got 4 sets of dumbells (30,35,40,45) on this and it's pretty sturdy. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because mine arrived with some holes in the box and some of the bolts and washers had fallen out. It wasn't a big deal though because I found replacements at home depot. Other than that, one of the rubber strips on the rack was falling off when I took it out of the box. They need to use some better epoxy and some higher quality rubber.Still, it does it's job just fine and it's small enough to fit in my closet.

I am still using this product, it had been assembled OK and it holds all my weights collection just fine, I am happy to have this item now, but just one thing that wasn't good - when i got it out of the package the smell of cheap rubber/plastic parts (on the sides of the trays) were so horrible that i would not be able to place this thing in my house if I would not be able to remove that rubber completely. It took a long time and few different cleaning solutions to scrape the remaining glue off but it paid back. now it is not smelling and can be used.

It was slightly smaller than I expected, but this is a very solid weight rack. I recommend it for those people who don't have a lot of dumbbells, or not a large quantity of big/heavy dumbbells.

Easy to assemble and does the job. Sturdy and steady even when filled with nearly 200 lbs. of dumbbells.

Just like several others who reviewed this, I'm happy with the this rack, but surprised by a couple of things. It does what I wanted, looks good and seems sturdy - like it will last. It hold 6 dumbells of standard size with removable weights. The "surprises" were (1) that the adhesive holding the protective rubber strips on had deteriorated and they were coming off - easy to fix - and (2) the packing that it came in wasn't very good - but it survived pretty much in tact.

I was excited when I saw this on line since I would finally be getting my weights off the floor. This is extremely small. There were no measurements online so I expected it to be taller and able to hold more weights. The rack is only about 2 ft tall and 2 ft wide. Therefore, I still have 35s and 40s on the floor and will order an additional rack.

Received stand in normal delivery time. Product assembled with no problem. However, the rubber anti-skid strips were separating from the rails; one was completely off. I had to re-glue three of them. Suspect this was on the shelf for a long time. Instructions indicated that the rail with the retaining edge went onto the lower position. Didn't make sense but tried it anyhow. Dumbbells slid off of the stand. Reversed the rails and retainer rails worked correctly. Otherwise a good product.
