I tried this product for a few weeks and after 1 or 2 hours of sleep I was awake for the rest of the night.I kept thinking that after a time it would work but it never did.

Ambiatol proved ineffective in helping me relax and/or sleep. I've used supplements before (Myocalm) that worked much better. Sadly, despite the positive reviews, Ambiatol didn't help me sleep at all. Your mileage may vary however as everyone's physiology is slightly different.

Not any better than alteril
I tried this and alteril and it costs a lot less. I use herbal sleep aids so I can cut back on prescription meds. The cost is why I rated it low

best sleep
I travel a lot and often suffer from terrible jetlag. I have taken ambien, tylenol pm, advil pm etc and at best still got only a couple of hours sleep. Read more

It works to assist in getting to sleep
I have a problem getting to sleep. I take a prescription sleeping pill however over time it dosent work as well getting to sleep. Ambiatol actually works well to get me to sleep.

This product did not work for me. I tried it for 3 weeks without any improvements in my night sleep.
