Bought this product to complete a project of converting family tapes to DVD. Other reviewers complain of delicate parts and difficulty in getting the tapes into the converter. I experienced none of these problems. The product worked as advertised.

Would have been great to pay less, but that is life. 5 stars for doing that job as advertised.

I read other reviews and I have used this item app. 25 times now and it works just fine, it workes like my old original one did 15 yrs. ago. The automatic function to load and unloed is good.

The product works perfectly. It's exactly what I wanted. The only problem was shipping. It took a couple weeks longer than I was told it would because of a shipping error. But the product itself is great.
