I've been searching for a cd that would set the right mood for: driving - without feeling like you need to fall asleep, for working - to soothe you and motivate you at the same time, to relax and have a glass of tea or java at home - for all those reasons. This is the cd! Music set to a continuous undertone of ambient sounds that both sooth and stimulate the senses. Thank you Briva, and thank you to David Arkenstone for leading me here.

Love this CD -- I listen to it in the car. When I've had a really stressful day, or feel like my head is going to explode because of a run-in with my 16-year-old son, I play "Electric Rain" -- sometimes several times in a row. It never fails to calm me down. That alone is worth the price of the CD!

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE LISTENED TO "AMBIENT CAFE" ALTHOUGH I ENJOYED VERY MUCH,I DID FIND THAT ALL THE TRACKS SEEMED MUCH THE SAME WITH LITTLE VARIATION.I THINK IF YOU LISTEN TO ONE/TWO TRACKS THEN MOVE ON TO SOMETHING ELSE, THEN GO BACK TO "AMBIENT CAFE" IT IS MUCH BETTER... STILL GLAD I BOUGHT IT, AND WOULD BUY "BRIZA" NEXT CD.

This is lovemaking music at its finest or laying on the beach listening thru your Ipod and the waves simutaneously. Very relaxing and sexy !!

With the exception of Nick Gunn on flute, all the tracks on Ambient Cafe were composed, performed, and mixed by David Arkenstone; proof once again of his musical genius and versatility. I bought this CD immediately after learning Arkenstone was behind it and only hope that more people will discover this hidden gem.

This CD came in pristine condition. The music on this CD suprised me in an amazing way. Every track on this CD was quality, and I enjoyed every one. This is one of the best ones yet. Thank you so much.
