I THOUGHT I WOULDNT WORK AND IT DIDNT AND GAVE ME MASSIVE WEIRD DREAMS AND I DIDNT WANT TO GET UP I WAS DIZZY ALL DAY

Not sure if this is working. I only take this when I think I can sleep for at least 7 hours, about 4-5 times per week. It smells really awfull. Sometimes I think I sleep deeper when I take this but sometimes I am still awake several hours(like always) after I go to bed. Have not weighed myself yet. Three times a week I do drink beer in the evening and have taken Ambislim with alchol and it has the same effect/no effect if I take it with water. I will be ording more to see if it needs time to get in my system since I am heavy 240+ and I have never been a deep sleeper so we'll see.

I am not giving this a bad review because there have been no side effects at all.
