These are the only cough drops I'll use. The menthol/eucalyptus is strong, but doesn't burn or taste "medicine-y". The honey is uniquely soothing. Made in Italy, they really are different from any of the usual drops -- Halls, etc. Even if you think you don't need a whole 24-pk. Trust me. You'll never go back to the other brands and will find yourself handing packs out to family and friends.

Wonderful cough drops / throat soothing drops. The menthol and honey combination is really fresh and soothing. Robitussion came out with cough drops called "Honey Cough" two years ago that were basically the same thing. A menthol drop with a dab of liquid honey inside. They discontinued them after one winter, and I've been rationing what I had left, hoping they would come out with more. Finally jumped on Amazon to see if someone else made something similar. These totally fit the bill! They will be great also for our church singers, when the winter brings dry throats. The menthol exterior is the perfect blend of sweet and intense - but you want the menthol because it clears your sinuses and gives you that lasting warm feeling in your throat. The liquid honey interior is so yummy, and honey is so soothing to your throat. I have had two of these every day this week since they arrived, because I'm recovering from a bad cough/cold. Will be giving some of the GIANT box of 24 away, and certainly ordering more if they run out sometime in the next decade ;) Worth every penny.

These are best tasting could drop and if you like honey with a little menthol coolness you are going love this product. I had a sorethoat with a cough at work , a coworker of mine asked me if I wanted to try these cough drop Ambrosoli Honees, it was great soothes my throat and quiet my cough (it works). The only draw back you can not get these in your local store which I think is crazy. I highly recommend you try Ambrosoli Honees cough drop next time you have a cough/cold.

Being Italian and growing up in an Italian neighborhood in the NYC area, we got these cough drops every time someone was sick from the Italian deli around the block. They always made us feel better. Halls and all the other brands are garbage compared to these. I moved away and I forgot about them. I found them again in an old-fashioned candy store. I was thrilled to see they still make them. At $2 a package I only bought one pack. I decided to look online for them. I will be buying this case. They are good to have during cold and flu season. Forget about handing out Ricola when your neighbor coughs. These actually work.

Honees cough drops have been around for quite a while but recently have become quite difficult to find at the retail level.
The drop itself is a honey / eucalyptus flavored hard candy, with a liquid, menthol eucalyptus flavored honey center.They make for an effective cough suppressant,yet are delicious and not over powering.

Honees are quite possibly the best thing ever created. I discovered these purely by accident at a candy shop while seeking cough drops for my cough and I was so impressed that I got home and bought a whole box, despite the fact that my cough was actually receding. Great stuff. I keep some around just in case someone acquires a cough, or not.

These are my favorite cough drops. They suppress my cough better than any other kind I've used (excepting maybe those nasty, super-strong, fisherman's kind). The menthol+honey combo is perfect and delicious!

Big Mama uses them for they alleviate her breathing. Claims they help her breathe better and since she is valuable property, quite unique in fact, any thing that helps her make her days a little easier is a great thing. I tried them myself and found them to do just as advertised. Keeps things smoothly, almost lubricated, on the swallowing area and their strong Eucalyptus flavor is a big plus. A pack of 24 lasts well and as far as I am concerned there are no drawbacks on investing in this product, specially if one suffers from a dry mouth or even mild asthma? I know it helps breathe better for Big Mama always make these noises of satisfaction every time I see her put one in her mouth. She is a consummate actor, that one, and I am apparently her most dedicated audience. I even heard her cough several times when she first received the box, like their strong soothing effects, had created quite a stir once it went to her mouth. What can you do? She loves them and I am very happy to buy them for her, that is the way it works in our silly little world, which we couldn't be happier with (knock on wood 3 times so as not to jinx it) and this product deserves a minimum of 4 Stars for all the good it seems to cause.

I do a lot of public speaking. Sometimes when I'm speaking a lot, my throat gets irritated and my voice gets scratchy. I've found one of these in my mouth keeps my voice strong and clear. Tastes good too.

My husband and I have enjoyed these cough drops for several years now. We like the liquid honey in the middle. This was the cheapest I've found them and they arrived so quickly it surprised me.
