This utensil set provides the ideal tools for stir-frying any dish from orange beef to bok choy. Flat tools, closely resembling spatulas but with rounded, spoonlike edges, make it simple to toss meats and vegetables in the wok. The set comes with a solid nylon paddle for stirring and another slotted tool that allows you to remove stir-fried beef while leaving drippings in the wok for your sauce. I bought these because the tools that came with my wok kept bending during cooking, and they do hold up under pressure. Note: they work in a regular steel wok as well.

I bought this thinking that it would go well with my calphalon wok... unfortunately, I have yet to understand how to use it!

I"ve worked at a chinese restaurant and they don't even use tools like these so I'm guessing this is an American invention. They use a Wok Turner and a strainer all steel to let you know.

Well, the designs are interesting and the construction is good so at least it has that going for it. ALSO NOTE: Don't even think about using this on a Steel Wok, leave it on the wok for more than a few seconds and you're utensil will turn to putty.
