Amco is a commercial line of heavy duty stainless steel products that are used in restaurant and home kitchens. I have a set of less expensive stainless steel bowls, but I packed them away when I discovered the Amco bowls. I like the idea that I can purchase exactly the size bowls that I need for cooking and baking. This Amco 2-Quart Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl is a convenient size for scrambling a few eggs, making a marinade, sauce, or dip. The flat rubberized bottom means that you can place it on a counter while doing your mixing, and it won't slip. Highly recommended! This bowls is dishwasher-safe, too.
