For the industrial and the occasional cookie-baker alike, these tools can be a godsend. Made of sturdy stainless steel with a nonstick coating, the two spoons and silicone-blade spatula make quick work of getting cookie dough from the mixing bowl to the baking sheet. Choose one of the two spoons, roughly one teaspoon and one tablespoon each, scoop up a little dough, and use the spatula to dispense it onto your cookie sheet. The long handles will help keep the dough in the bowl and off your fingers. Additionally, the small spatula can really come in handy for scraping the last tidbits out of jars and mini food processors.
