great product, but handles get hot,

These are great and definitely stand up to a rough workout in the kitchen. My only problem with these is that the handles get quite hot if you leave the utensils anywhere near a stove or pot, etc. ...I try not to do this as a 'rule', but even so, I have been unpleasantly surprised when picking up a spatula or spoon that apparently was put too near the pan/pot.If you're always careful about where you place your utensils, or if you always wear an oven-mit while cooking, then these are a great set of utensils to have, and certainly do their job! Just be leary of the handles if you have a hot kitchen. |
