This heavy-gauge, restaurant-quality stainless-steel fork is excellent for lifting pot roasts and roasted chickens from cooking pot to serving platter or for lifting and turning steaks and chops. It might also be used for informal serving. The handle is long and flat, and the tines are long and have a slight curve, making the tool easy to use and manipulate.
