Large, flexible spatula helps make the perfect omelet.
I needed a large spatula for my non-stick cookware. This one fits the bill. It is thin and flexible. Since it does not have any grooves, it is easy to scrub clean. The metal handle is well made and sturdy. I like it a lot and it is a good addition to my cooking tools.

Dissappointed
At work in the commercial kitchen, we have a metal grill surface and long metal turners - perfect for turning eggs & omelets.I wanted a long non-abrasive spatuala to make omelets on my home griddle. This spatula however, gives when you slide it under an omelet and makes it impossible to turn it. I make a HUGE mess of my eggs and am angry and dissappointed about this...

I love this spatula for flipping omelets. I have alot of the other Amco utensils like this. Amco is one of my favorite kitchen product brands. They also make a smaller version of this spatula that is perfect for lifting cookies off of a baking sheet.

Doesn't anyone make a long, sturdy, non-abrasive spatula for non-stick surfaces? Also the handle is too short and is at an uncomfortable angle to use.
