Nice Spatula,

It is just a piece of heavy gauge sheet stainless steel, stamped to shape. No plastic handle, no coatings or plating. It came polished to a near-mirror finish. It has a nice sturdy feel to it, and since the tool end is heavier than the handle end, I can set it down in a pan without it falling out. It works beautifully with my cast iron, and I think that it will probably outlast me.
