This is a decent fish spatual made out of stainless steel. Please note it is not one piece construction. The flat spatula part is welded onto the handle. The spatula says stainless on it. It seems to work fine for most tasks. The handle is comfortable and the perfect length.

Great product. It's the best food-flipper you'll ever use. I see now why chefs swear by it. It should be considered a tool of the trade.

I actually did not purchase this item to use for fish. I purchased this item to use when frying hamburgers, potatoes, or anything like that. It makes a great spatula, better then most spatulas that they have available to purchase. The problem I have with most spatulas on the market today is that they are too flimsy and do not pick up the items that you are cooking. But this item does the job and is made to do the job without dropping your food when flipping or turning, plus it drains grease very well.

I would purchase this item again if I needed another spatula. I would give this item a 10 but unfortunately it will only allow a 5.

I have used this item once. It works as intended and easy to grip.
