Amco Flour Shaker
This shaker is wonderful. The holes are a nice size. You get plenty of flour. Great when making pie crust and rolls!

Junk
The shaker looks good but is in the trash. Absolutely impossible to open & close. Now I'm going to look for something USA made and hopefully machined properly. Amazon should not carry such horrendously made products.

My two year old likes his waffles with powdered sugar. This is perfect for that, and when you make beignets.

I think I was sent the wrong shaker. I can hardly get salt to come out. I use sea salt. Does anybody else have this problem? I will have to send it back.
