Bought this same item from BBB. Two weeks later rust in many spots and it just looks gross.

surface tarnishes immediately of due to poor grade of stainless alloy and is very hard to clean. the bottom plate has already fallen off and we have used it for less than three months.

Stainless steel? Uh huh. This looks nice (at first), and works great, but started showing rust spots after 2 weeks. It's a soap dispenser; it's going to get wet. After a few weeks it just looks gross from all the rust.

When you use it the soap leaks all down the sides
from the top...nice slippery sticky mess all over
the sides of the unit.
Amazon has just become another giant selling crap.

Should be out of the market. Works great if you don't mind the rust, rusty smell, and the leak on the buttom. This is a health hazard.

Had to throw it away! I filled it with soap - came home that night to find it had leaked soap on everything! It appeared that the bottom was not welded completely. I threw it away because it was not worth the cost and trouble to return it.

The dispenser was oxidized in less than a month....cheap but not good, try to search for something better. I had to throw it away

Sorry dont know if this is the right place to air this..
I bought 2 pieces of this and unfortunately one was defective!
As soon as I filled one up with soap.. the liquid soap oozed out of the container, I guess there was a crack somewhere in the plastic container.
Unfortunately its very difficult for me to return since I had to ship it out here in the Philippines! :(
Refund?

This dispenser looked great for a week or so, but rusted quickly. Still works fine -- which leaves me in a bind. I hate to contribute to a landfill with a relatively new product that is still functional. But, it looks terrible. I don't recommend it.

This soap dispenser was just what we were looking for until I tried to use it. The pump sticks down. Every time I pump it, I have to pull it back up.
