Just a standard corkscrew, but I prefer the wheel type foil cutter to the little knife style. Might take a little practise, but once mastered you won't go back. Nice clean foil cut as long as the foil isn't too thick. Comfort grip is nice too.

I still use my Houdini By Metrokane for most wine bottles. If you don't care about color, the blue Houdini is currently a great value on Amazon. I was planning on using my Amco for extra long corks (expensive stuff) and synthetic corks (cheap stuff to offset the expensive stuff). It worked fine for the extra long corks. I'm not sure about the synthetic corks, because the teflon coat now has a slight chip. Either that or the chip was caused in my dishwasher.
To expand on the earlier reviewer's points... 1) before, I had no idea what was a foil cutting wheel. If you look at the picture, it's that small metal piece on the left of the corkscrew. Zoom-in to get a better look. I too like it better than the little knives. 2) the black comfort grip is made out of a nice rubber. I'm a big fan of Oxo's good grips and I was surprisingly pleased by the Amco's grip.
