Purchased two of these units and am pleased with their quiet operation, sleek look and air cleaning capacity. Have had Amcor's in the past and these are real work horses that I expect to give years of trouble-free service.

I replaced a large noisy Hunter with the AM-90. It's much quieter and does a better job of cleaning the air. Plus at $99.99 you can't find anything comparable.

not too loud, works great. has timer, turn on for 1-6 hours and no on/off anymore.

Very good product. Quieter than Hunter unit that I have and does much better job cleaning air.

I've used it for a month. It's relatively quiet on the lowest speed. Catches a lot of dust and fuzz, by looking at the filter. The "ionizer" feature is hard to tell if it works or not (beside the indicator).

Bought two of these units. Yes fairly inexpensive and do seem to help clean the air. But when one unit came with broken pronged piece that holds the filter in place I asked the seller if he could send out a new filter in exchange of this broken one. No he could only send a pick up tag for the whole unit and send out a new unit they stock no filters. So to be more green than anything I said I'd buy a new filter and save the hassel & waste. Anyway months later & still no replacement filter. I've tried and like another person at QVC it's almost an identical situation that we can't find filters. Anyone who has found them let us know. I suppose if I figured initially that even if the filters didn't last as long as they are advertised to it wouldn't cost that much to replace with a new or different unit at that time. But we are talking about it arriving broken and I've tried slipping cardboard and wire and other items into place to hold the filter in place so it could be used anyway. Anytime you slightly bump it or have to move it
gently the filter drops right out the bottom. GRRRRRR...the other one works as well as other units I've had but not as great as the expensive model I also own and use for the whole house.
Just thought a great way to take care of a guest room and my computer room when in use where the doors are often kept closed off from much of the rest of the house. Bummer!!!
